Evangelist Pamela Gay loves the Lord Jesus Christ, and has been anointed and appointed by God to assist the Body of Christ in building up the Kingdom of God using her main spiritual gifts of teacher, administrator, encourager, faith, and helps. She hails from Phenix City, AL, by way of rearing in South Carolina, and birth in Brooklyn, NY.  Raised in the church environment, filled with the Holy Spirit over 20 yrs ago, and called by God into the five-fold ministry, she follows God's lead as she completes her journey to spread (with simplicity) the Good News that the kingdom of God is at hand through Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who reconciled mankind back to God the Father.
When God called her to be his evangelist on Sunday, April 7, 1991, in Alaska, she answered God's call and began her missionary journey. God allowed her to serve in the following local, district, and jurisdictional church capacities: usher and usher president; youth department director, teacher, choir director; Sunday School superintendent and teacher for all ages; hospitality; missionary; audio and video ministry; women's department president, vice president, and secretary; evangelism;  soloist; seminar facilitator; Bible Study teacher; preacher; and choral and praise and worship singer. God also allowed her to evangelize within the U.S. and abroad during twenty years of military service, touching souls and changing lives. Upon her final return to the United States and retirement from the U.S. Army, Minister Gay received her ministerial evangelist license in March 2010 under Apostle Anthony Johnson, Pastor of The Way, Truth, and Life Ministries, in Columbus, GA.  In April 2011, the Lord led Founders and Overseers Apostle Harry Jackson and Pastor Cheryl Jackson to install her under Christ Foundation Church and Ministries, Inc. Evangelist Gay was ordained as an evangelist to coincide with and continue her evangelistic endeavors in response to the Great Commission of Jesus Christ (Matt. 28:16-20). Evangelist Gay holds an associate degree from Central Texas College, a bachelor degree from Liberty University, a master in business administration from University of Phoenix, and is currently studying for a second master from Liberty University in Religion with a concentration in Evangelism and Church Planting. God has used twenty years of military service, graduate education, and life experiences as His mentorship for her to complete the assignments he has given her. She strives to evangelize under God's anointing in a spirit of excellence. She is the bride of and co-laborer with Pastor Ocie Gay, a mother to six children, and grandmother to six grandchildren.

Pastor Ocie L. Gay was born in Natchitoches, Louisiana, and gave his life to the Lord as a teenager with the evidence of speaking in tongues, and soon after received the God-given gift of interpretation of tongues. He answered the call to preach the gospel and waited for God's instructions. Twenty-three years of military service and several wars prepared Ocie for his leadership service to God.  Additionally, he served in various churches as usher, singer, Sunday school and Bible Study teacher, preacher, council president, and seminar facilitator. Ocie was water baptized by Pastor Apostle Archie B. Walker, Excellent Covenant World Outreach Ministries, Baumholder, Germany, in 2004. He was licensed to preach the Gospel in March 2010 by Apostle Anthony Johnson, Pastor of The Way, Truth, and Life Ministries, in Columbus, GA.  While currently serving at a military chapel, Minister Gay has flourished into an anointed teacher, preacher, and encourager of the Word of God.  In April 2011, the Lord led Founders and Overseers Apostle Harry Jackson and Pastor Cheryl Jackson to install him under Christ Foundation Church and Ministries, Inc. as an ordained pastor for his response to the Great Commission of Jesus Christ (Matt. 28:16-20).

As a transplant to Alabama, Elder Gay mentors military soldiers and those in his community to live in the things of God in Spirit and in Truth. Elder Gay holds an associate degree from Central Texas College, a bachelor degree from Trident University, and is currently studying for a master in business administration from Trident University. God has used twenty-three years of military service, continued education, and life experiences as His mentorship for Pastor Gay to complete the assignments he has been given. He follows God's lead to guide and teach God's people with compassion for discipleship. He is husband to and co-laborer with Evangelist Pamela Gay, is a father to six children, and is a grandfather to six grandchildren.
